Aisplash provides digital AI-based services and tools including AI image generation, AI chat, AI video generation, AI music generation, and related services. Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are generally considered final. This Refund Policy outlines the limited circumstances under which refunds may be granted.

2. No Automatic Refunds for Digital Services

Once payment is completed and access to the Platform or AI tools is provided, purchases are considered final. Digital services cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are consumed immediately upon delivery.

3. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered only in the following limited situations:

  • Duplicate payment or accidental double charge.
  • Technical failure preventing access to paid features, not caused by the user.
  • Billing error caused by Aisplash or its payment processors.
  • Unauthorized payment detected, after investigation and confirmation.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

The following cases are not eligible for a refund:

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs.
  • Failure to use purchased services, subscriptions, or credits.
  • Partial consumption of AI credits or subscription usage.
  • Account suspension or termination due to policy violations or abuse.
  • Any unauthorized or fraudulent use of the Platform.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscription plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable, except under the specific circumstances outlined above. Users may cancel subscriptions at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.

6. AI Credits and Usage

Purchased AI credits or tokens are consumed upon use. Partially or fully used credits cannot be refunded. Unused credits remain in your account until expiration, if applicable, but carry no monetary value and cannot be transferred.

7. Chargebacks and Dispute Policy

Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider without contacting Aisplash first may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account. We strongly encourage users to reach out to our support team for any billing or service issues before initiating chargebacks.

8. Refund Process & Timeline

Refunds, when approved, are processed to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider and may take 5–15 business days. Aisplash is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

9. Third-Party Payments

Payments are processed via secure third-party providers, such as Stripe, PayPal, Airwallex, or similar gateways. Refund eligibility is subject to the policies of these providers as well as the conditions described in this document.

10. Policy Changes

Aisplash reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Users are encouraged to review this page regularly. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Refund Policy.
